Family-owned since 1985, Northcote has created beautiful homes, renovations and commercial projects across the Blue Mountains and Sydney.
Founder Warwick Kennard has been in the building industry his whole life and has always taken a strongly aesthetic path, partnering with architects on buildings that aren’t just well-built, but beautiful.
What started as a small operation has grown into an established team. Bob, Warwick’s son, grew up around the business, learning the ropes and now manages day-to-day operations. He brings fresh energy while building on the approach that’s worked for four decades: understand the brief, solve the problems and deliver a quality finish.
