We meet the architect and owners to understand the project, walk through the plans and fine-tune the details. We prepare a detailed proposal and pricing for consideration.
Building
We keep everyone in the loop
We run the build, coordinate all trades from foundations to painting and communicate proactively. We work collaboratively based on your preferred level of involvement.
Handover
We see it through
Final checks, documentation, certification and quality finishes. Many of our relationships with architects and property owners span multiple projects over decades – we build for the long term.
